How long does a typical project take?
Most installations take 2–5 days depending on square footage. Refinishing usually takes 3–4 days including drying time. Eduardo gives you an exact timeline in your quote and sticks to it.
Is hardwood a good idea in Florida's humidity?
Yes — when installed correctly. With 20+ years working on the Gulf Coast, Eduardo selects the right wood and acclimation process for Florida's climate, so your floors stay flat and beautiful.
Will sanding make a mess in my home?
We use dust-containment sanding equipment and seal off the work area, protecting your furniture and walls. We clean up at the end of every workday, and most families stay in the house through the whole project.
Which areas do you serve?
Sarasota and the surrounding Gulf Coast — Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice, Osprey and Nokomis. Estimates are free anywhere in the area.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and the size of your project, but Eduardo usually visits within a few days of your call and can give you a start date on the spot. Smaller repairs often get scheduled the same week.
